1. Seller

2. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on this website. By placing an order you accept them. Mandatory consumer protection law remains unaffected.

3. Products and prices

Product information and images are presented with the greatest care; colours may vary depending on your screen settings. Prices are in CHF or EUR, and the total (including any taxes and shipping costs) is shown at checkout before you confirm the order. In the event of a price or stock error we reserve the right to cancel the order; any payment made will be refunded.

4. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

Before you confirm your order you can review your basket and correct any errors. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. The contract text is stored electronically and the confirmation is sent to you by email. The contract may be concluded in Turkish, French or English, depending on the site language you have selected.

5. Payment

Payment is made with the methods offered at checkout, over an encrypted connection. Items are shipped once payment has been confirmed.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in the shipping and delivery policy.

7. Right of withdrawal

The consumer's 14-day right of withdrawal and how to exercise it are described in the withdrawal and returns policy, which contains the model withdrawal form.

8. Legal guarantee

Goods are delivered in conformity with the contract. The legal guarantee of conformity is at least 2 years for EU consumers; under Swiss law, defects must be notified as soon as they are discovered. These rights are not limited by these terms. Jewellery should be protected from contact with water, perfume and cosmetics; normal wear and tear is not a defect.

9. Liability

Subject to mandatory law, our liability for indirect damage caused by slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life or health, and product liability is not limited.

10. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, logos and designs on the site belong to Miel de Corail or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Personal data

Your data is processed as described in the privacy policy.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The non-exclusive place of jurisdiction is Geneva. Consumers resident in the EU keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence and the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
