Shipping policy

1. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Geneva (Switzerland) and carefully packed. The countries we deliver to are shown at checkout once you enter your address.

2. Processing and delivery times

Orders are usually prepared within a few working days. The estimated delivery time, which depends on the destination and the shipping method chosen, is shown at checkout and is indicative only. Unless agreed otherwise, we deliver no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout, before you confirm your order. Prices are in CHF or EUR.

4. Customs duties, VAT and import taxes

Switzerland is outside the customs territory of the European Union. Shipments to the EU and other countries may be subject to local VAT, customs duties and import taxes. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the recipient's responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or the customs authority at or before delivery. For the amounts, please contact your local customs authority.

5. Delivery and risk

The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a third party indicated by you, take physical possession of them. If the parcel is damaged on delivery, please note it on the carrier's delivery document and tell us, with photos.

6. Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, write to mieldecorail.bijoux@gmail.com with your order number: we will open an investigation with the carrier and propose a solution.

7. Incorrect address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. Re-shipping costs may be charged where delivery fails because of an incorrect address.
